SWORD

Aiming to continuously improve our service, governance and information security process, we use a specific tool to connect to customer environments.

 

The SWORD tool is an application developed on the JAVA platform designed to manage all access to SAP environments in a centralized and more secure manner.

How does it work?

The administrator creates access to the environments by assigning a username and password through this application.

The consultant authenticates in this application with his/her own username and password, selects the client and the client he/she wishes to access.

Without providing any username or password, the SWORD application accesses the selected SAP environment, preventing the consultant from having access to confidential client data.
